I spent many a Saturday morning here when I lived in Gladstone. This is the best laundromat I ever used. It's always clean and neat and the machines always worked. Even if I had to do laundry late at night I always felt safe.

Nice laundromat! Quiet and so far has had open machines both times I've been here. Not to mention very clean. Good prices and they have some nice high capacity washers. Been here three times now. Always the same. Clean and easy to get a machine. And in a good neighborhood.

Clean, quiet and near the police station. I feel safe coming to this clean laundromat anytime of the day. And yes they are open 24 hours. No T.V., which is nice.

Cleanest Laundromat I've Ever Used! I live a few blocks down from Top Notch and when my dryer blew recently I ran down there to do a couple of loads. Having passed by daily, I knew that the owner is there at 0'dark:30 in the morning cleaning the place up. I wasn't disappointed. The washer and dryer functioned well within expectations and there was plenty of room for me to get my washing done and get out of there quickly.

And...just as an FYI, it's only a block (in either direction) from either a coffee kiosk or Happy Rock Roastery, both on Portland Ave. Big bonus!
